Ofertas em Foco Exchange and Return Policy

Introduction

At Ofertas em Foco, we are committed to ensuring the complete satisfaction of our customers. We respect the consumer's right to withdraw, as guaranteed by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code. Therefore, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we facilitate the process of exchanging or returning the products.

Conditions for Exchange or Return

To make an exchange or return, the product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use or damage, and must be inside its original packaging with all accessories and manuals included. The request must be made within the legal period of 7 days after receiving the product.

Deadlines

You have up to 7 days from the date you receive your product to request an exchange or return. After your request, you will receive a return tracking code and have 7 days to send the product back to us.

Procedures

To request an exchange or return, follow these steps:

  1. Please contact us via our support page to inform us of your intention to exchange or return the product.
  2. After the request, you will receive a return tracking code.
  3. Pack the product in its original packaging and take it to a post office.
  4. Please send the product to us using the return tracking code provided.

Defective Products

If the product you receive is defective or damaged, you must inform us immediately so that we can arrange for an exchange. In this case, all shipping costs will be at our expense.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned product. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method used to make the purchase. The refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method and the bank or card provider.

Exceptions

Some products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty. These include personalized products, personal or hygiene products, and products that were clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
